These terms cover your use of Lycana, a tool for turning spoken or typed system-design instructions into editable diagrams.
Operator

Accounts
You can try the diagram editor as a guest. Signing in enables account features and cloud saving.
Your diagrams and permission to process them
You keep your rights in the text, diagrams, and other material you provide. To run Lycana, you allow it to host, store, display, and transmit that material as needed to provide account storage, diagram sharing, AI commands and title suggestions, and voice input. If you create a share link, you direct Lycana to make that diagram viewable to anyone with the link. Only provide material that you have the right to use and share.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you have permission to provide it and are comfortable sending it to the providers that process your requests.
AI output and appropriate use
AI-generated diagrams can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every result before relying on it. Lycana is a diagramming aid, not professional advice or an emergency or mental-health service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
Use Lycana lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account or data, or use a share link to distribute material without permission.
Sharing
Anyone who obtains a shared diagram link can view the diagram. The shared view does not show command history or the owner's identity. Viewers cannot edit the original diagram, but they can save a copy to their own account. They may also copy or forward the link. Do not share a diagram that contains information you want to keep private.
Paid plans and cancellation
At the standard rate, Lycana Pro costs US$20 per month or US$192 per year, charged upfront (equivalent to US$16 per month). A valid founding code for your first Lycana Pro subscription offers US$5 per month while the subscription remains active; the offer is available only with monthly billing. Canceling a founding subscription forfeits that price; a later subscription uses standard pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Checkout shows the amount due, billing frequency, and renewal date before payment.
You can cancel at any time in Settings > Billing to stop the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the paid month or year and do not need to wait until the last day of the period.
Except where required by law, Lycana does not provide discretionary refunds or credits for unused time in a paid period. This does not limit statutory withdrawal or refund rights, or any other consumer remedies available to you. For billing errors or requests under these rights, email [email protected].
